Accounts, CVs and Professional Summaries
When you create an account, we store your username, email address, password hash and account information. We use your email address for account confirmation, password resets and essential account communications.
You may upload a PDF CV and write a professional summary. These are stored with your account and displayed privately in your dashboard, rather than published in job listings. Authorized website administrators and service providers may access stored data when necessary to operate, support or secure the service.
Uploading a CV does not apply for a job, send your CV to employers or create a public candidate profile. Applications must be submitted separately through the employer’s application process.
You can replace or delete your CV through Manage CV. You can edit your professional summary, or clear its text and save to remove it. The current account feature does not automatically expire CVs or summaries after a fixed period. Contact us to request account deletion or a copy of your personal data. Removing data from the active account does not necessarily immediately remove copies held in backups.
Please include only information needed for your professional profile. Avoid uploading national ID documents, bank details, passwords, medical records or confidential information belonging to other people or employers.
Saved Items and Appearance Preferences
Saved jobs, saved search filters and your light/dark appearance preference use local storage in your browser. Saved jobs and filters are currently browser-based and are not synchronized between devices or securely separated between accounts using the same browser. Other people using the same browser may be able to view them after signing in.
You can remove saved items using the website controls or clear this website’s browser storage. Clearing browser storage removes these preferences and saved items. It does not delete your server-stored account, CV or professional summary. Login sessions also use cookies.
Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions with the website. Depending on the configuration and browser settings, Google may process cookie identifiers, page views, interaction events, device and browser information and approximate location. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms and account functions against automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical signals, including IP address and browser or device characteristics, to distinguish people from automated traffic. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Browser settings can restrict cookies and website storage. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Restricting security or session functionality may affect sign-in or form submission.
External Application Links
Some application links use azaz.click before redirecting to an employer’s website. Following an external link sends a request to the destination services, which may process technical information under their own privacy policies. Information you submit to an employer is handled by that employer and its recruitment providers.

Email Newsletter and Mailchimp
When you subscribe to Saudi One job updates, we collect your email address and any optional first and last names you provide. We use these details to manage your subscription and send job and career updates. Subscription is optional and separate from creating a website account. Our current signup process requires you to confirm your email address before becoming subscribed.
We use Mailchimp to process signups, store subscriber information and deliver newsletter emails. Mailchimp may process subscription records and technical information, including IP addresses and delivery information. If enabled for a newsletter campaign, email open and click tracking may record interactions using tracking pixels and tracked links, together with technical information such as IP address and browser or device information. See Mailchimp Cookie Statement for details.
You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting support@saudiaone.com. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your subscription information. We retain subscriber information as needed to manage the newsletter; limited unsubscribe and consent records may be retained to respect your preferences and meet applicable obligations.
