TRADESMAN II – Mason

Job Title

Perform all scheduled and unscheduled activities as required in facilities or project maintenance within the assigned trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical/electronics, HVAC systems, and related work.

Carry out minor repairs and installations as needed in facilities or project maintenance.

Complete parts requests and maintain complete and accurate records of all operational maintenance work assigned. Help ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

Protect and maintain assigned tools and test equipment in good working condition. Report deficiencies and unsatisfactory conditions. Keep the work area clean and orderly.

Work in accordance with department policies and procedures. Follow safety procedures, administrative quality-control requirements, and applicable national and international standards and codes of practice, including NFPA, IEEE, VDE, PLC/SCADA automation, and related standards.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Diploma degree from a technical college, or an engineering qualification in the specific area of assignment, from an accredited institution or recognized apprenticeship program — Essential.

Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers — Preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of practical, position-related experience in the specific area of assignment — Essential.
